pip and payments

hi just a small note ,could you let me know my partner went through a assesment and he was awarded no points and the letter said his dla for mobility would stop .he has put in a comlplaint form to capita and put in for MR does that mean he will get nothing till we go through everything ..

thank you we will just need to cut back,its just so expensive living just now,luckily im on both rates myself.
