hi just a small note ,could you let me know my partner went through a assesment and he was awarded no points and the letter said his dla for mobility would stop .he has put in a comlplaint form to capita and put in for MR does that mean he will get nothing till we go through everything ..

I'm afraid, unless you are in Northern Ireland, there will be no payments if no award has been made until the Decision is revised.
