I have sent my mandatory reconsideration to DWP, and had a text confirming received it
But the time frame is up to 10-12 weeks , will they pay my DLA BECAUSE ITS SUCH A LONG period of time , and it’s putting me into hardship f it’s stopped ,whilst the process is clearly unacceptable

From a previous post, you were awarded PIP Enhanced Mobility but not the Daily Living component.

I'm afraid you will only be paid your existing PIP award, you no longer have a DLA award, this was terminated when your PIP award was made.

Yes that’s correct Gordon , My Son works at citizen advice main office , not as a volunteer but a paid member of staff, he told me all the people At DWP have been moved to work on universal credit whilst the pandemic has been on, SO ILL BE LUCKY TO GET IT WITHIN 10-12 weeks
