Hi
I need to notify DWP this week that my adult son is permanently living with me. I believe that I will then have to lose the Severe Disability Premium as I will no longer be living alone.
Can I give this update by phoning the Call Centre, or does it have to be done by letter?

Hi Cruella

You can do it over the phone, when you do it over the phone make sure you ask for the operators name and make a note of the date and time.

For prudence it is good practice to send in a letter confirming what has been discussed over the phone.
