I was wondering if anyone could help me I’m going to appeal a PIP decision and I was wondering the best way to do this I have looked at the relevant form and is it best to attend a hearing (which would be quite difficult) or just go with the paper review .
The success rate for Oral hearings that you attend is higher than that for a Paper hearing that you do not.
You need to decide whether you would be undermining your case by attending, for example: if you have Agoraphobia and have not left your house for some time then attending would undermine your stated limitation.
