a) My PIP telephone interview next week. Could anyone advice me "best" way to record conversation please. b) When you submit claim to DWP. Do they go through the papers and fill in parts of medical before it is sent to Capita. c) Would Capita person conducting interview start from zero/scratch or partly completed medical. d) Would he have read information submitted with application prior to interview and if no would he read it during interview or slolely rely on answers you give. Patel.
a. If you are using a mobile phone then there should be an app that you can use to record the call, if you take it hands-free then you can use any recording device by placing it next to the phone, it is a landline with no hands-free option then you will need a specialist microphone to connect to the earpiece,
b. The DWP has no in-house medical resources they do not complete any part of the assessment report.
c. It could be either.
d. I'm afraid I can't remember which way around it is but one the Assessment Providers has told their assessors to read the form and evidence before the interview and the other afterwards.
