Does anyone know if it when you phone through to the call centre as an existing ESA claimant regarding the automated ID questions, whether everyone is being asked for - the name of the person you are caring for, plus the name of one of your dependent children. I am just wondering whether this implies an error on my case notes (as these ID questions are not relevant) or whether are blanket questions for all people ringing in? It is only since my son has claimed Carers Allowance that I have been met with these irrelevant automated questions
