Hello, new users to this, but long term member...my daughter has a tribunal in 3 days, we have no help , my daughter is suffering from severe anxiety and has shut down about this... where can I get help? Tried the CAB and that wasn’t very helpful. I am finding this web site with so much info , I am confused to what info that’s helpful.

Hi Spencer1996

You can find information from our Guide to PiP appeals which can be found at the link below. You will need to scroll down the page to find it. The information you want at this stage is from page 22 onwards. www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip.

If you have any further questions come back and ask.

Replied by Spencer1996 on topic PIP Trib need urgent help and where to get .
Thank you for the information , after reading there’s so much to remember, to do and it’s a lot for someone who’s anxiety level is so high...my daughter doesn’t have any benefit advisors to call on for advice.. so what can I do , if anything, should I just let her do it by herself . Will this be risking, her PIP, where she loses . What can be done if she does....can she say that she has no help ? Will this be a good or bad choice

Hi Spencer1996

Unfortunately, I cannot advise you what to do in this case. Only you know your daughter. The only thing you could do at this stage is ring the tribunals service and see if they will make a paper-based judgment, but unless you are your daughter's appointee she would need to do this herself.
