should you get paid from the wrong discision in april or the correct discision this month,could you advise.

An MR re-makes the original Decision so if there is an increased award then there should be a back payment from the date of that original Decision, I assume this is April.

no just got back june july ,but phoned and asked for the amount owed to be looked at the woman said case manager would give a call ,but dont know how long for that ,also recieved a letter saying rates of benefit low care and high mob till 2023 so its worth complaining to atos, and got a appoligy from them then they sent a justification to dwp mr to make changes to first discision of 0 for both ,so happy we got there at least for a while ,thinking of framing the appoligy letter as i dont think atos often send them,so happy the stress is over for now ,thank you for your help .
