  			 				Hi JayDee

The decision maker will use the assessors report as a guide when making an award. If you do not get awarded what the assessors report shows then the next stage would be to request a mandatory reconsideration.

From what you are saying it suggests that you should be eligible for the enhanced for both components.

Let us know how you get on.

  			 				Hi Gary

Ok great thank you. Do you know if the decision maker takes forever to send a decision?
On the report it does state to be reviewed in a year (very annoying) as they know there’s no cure for my illness and it’s never going to go away.

Yes will definitely let you know once decision been made

Thanks again

  			 				Hi JayDee

In these uncertain times, it's difficult to give you a definitive timeline for when you will receive the decision. Some people have received on in about 10 days - some 6 - 10 weeks and others much, much longer.

  			 				hi jaydee
i asked for a copy of my pip assessment and was informed by the dwp that a copy could not be issued until a decision is made on my award, so may be in your case a decision has been made and the award letter has not arrived yet as you have got a copy of your assessment report.
what do you think BIS??
REGARDS TANGO

  			 				Hi Tango

Someone misinformed you. With PIP you are allowed to see the report - BEFORE the decision is made, because you are allowed to write to the DECISION MAKER and challenge the report.
