I've been trying to figure out if ESA provide the recording service for you or do you need your own device, i've been conflicting forum posts all over the internet; Some saying ESA provided the recordings with their own tapes, others saying they had to buy dual tape/cd recordings. Some posts were rather old so things may have changed.
I'll also read other posts where it's saying the tapes/cds have to be new/sealed
But surely if ESA provides the recording for you and them on a tape/cd, why would anyone need to go out of their way to buy such expensive equipment?
A little confusing here, any recent experiences with this? can ESA provide you with their recording tape/cd as some posts mention?
The Assessment Provider for ESA, Maximus should be able to provide the recording equipment if a request is made by the claimant. There is a template letter in our ESA section you can use to make the request.
