Just a quick question regarding

4e. Needs assistance to be able to get in or out of a bath or shower. 3 points.

If somebody need's assistance to get in and out of an unadapted bath but they don't require assistance getting in or out of a shower should they still meet this criteria or would they need assistance to get in and out of both a bath and shower?

It's either, so you will score if you cannot get in or out of a bath even if you can get in and out of a shower.
