Second Telephone Assessment was created by Trixi
Hi, I had a telephone assessment early April for my PIP review and I got a letter today from Capita with a date for another assessment!
Would this be a mistake or what reason would there be for this to happen? Surely they would be concentrating on the backlog of assessments!?
Can anyone advise, I'm severely stressed. Thanks in advance.

Hi Trixi
I have not come across this on the forum that I can recall, some members may be able to give you an answer.
I would contact Capita to see what is happening, make sure that you have the date of the assessment, I would also contact DWP and at the same time request a copy of the assessors report.

Just a thought but would this assessment be for ESA as I had phone call out of the blue saying they needed to do telephone assessment and I think that was Capita

If it was an ESA assessment then you cannot get a copy of the assessors report until a decision has been made.
It depends on the region in which you live as to who your assessor is?
