No ESA or Premiums are payable during an MR unless an appeal has also been lodged with the Tribunal Service.

Which may change with this Court case victory allowing ESA (inc premiums) to be paid during MR.

That's not what the Decision was about!
The payment of ESA following a Fit for Work Decision is enabled by the claimant appealing and only by the claimant appealing. The Decision was about when an appeal could be requested.

Still no ESA50 form being posted.
Is it worth calling Maximus to see if it is in the pipeline or would that accelerate my case?

I don't see any risk. If they have not been sent your file then that is that they cannot initiate a reassessment, only the DWP can do this.

Just checking my understanding:
The DWP send out the ESA50 this gets returned to Maximus after me filling it in. Maximus decide whether have telephone assessment or write to GP or make decision on available evidence. The report then gets sent to the DM?
