PIP decision after 1st tier tribunal was created by Dawn H-C
20months from first applying following telephone appeal hearing I have been awarded the enhanced rate daily living.
From initial f2f I was awarded 2points, later after appeal first lodged changed to 8 points. Today finding out I have been awarded 17points by appeal judge.
The award from court does state...'it is inappropriate to fix a term', anyone help on what that means as I am down for renewal March 2021 on original award.

Many congratulations on the appeal win, well done.
No fixed term means that the Tribunal has made a Decision to award your PIP for an On-Going Period, no assessment for at least ten years subject to their being no need to report a Change and a Light Touch review when they do.
