The UC legislation does not provide for an extension to the time for returning the UC50. whilst it does not prescribe the penalties for failing to return it within the four weeks that ESA does, I cannot recommend that you return it late.
If you are struggling to complete the form in time then I would return it incomplete by the required date with a note saying that you will provide the additional information as soon as you can. Don't forget to take note of the address to send your info to.
