Thank you Gary for the link. I will have to look further into this or contact DVLA for confirmation. I would hate to get in any bother or should an insurance claim arise the claim be refused due to vehicle not being used correctly. They will use any excuse not to pay out if they can so I want to be crystal clear.

Do you know, that hadn't occurred to me but like you we have two cars and the one that applies here doesn't get used much anyway. It's something to remember if ever it has to go. Thanks.
