Hello Gordon I need your help pip assessment been turn down by pip dwp pip staff and i have ask them to look again thay have got back to me to day 8/07/2020 got turn down after 5 months wait.,
the main assessment took half year wait do you get in touch with pip staff I even sent my esa win case documents back in 2018 got turn down by pip staff so i would like to no where i go from hear i dont whent to appeal ie courts., if i send my documents to you can you let me no if i have strong case or not Kind regards john hosken
I'm afraid we cannot look at your papers even if there was a way for you to send them to us, which there isn't.
If you have had your MR and you are not prepared to go onto appeal then your only other option is to make a new claim for PIP, there is no waiting time but you will need to consider the reasons that your assessment failed.
