Can anyone tell me if it's worth asking DWP to look at my claim again? Lost my Motability car about two years ago as mobility component reduced. I need to have a car as I"m finding it so difficult to get around.
We can't answer that question for you. Only you can decide if you want to put in for a change of circumstances. The important thing is to understand why your mobility component was reduced and make sure you have the best evidence you can to score a minimum of twelve points. And if it is a change of circumstances you will need to demonstrate that your mobility has got worse since your last review.
