Hi.
I claimed New Style Esa in June backdated to 12th April 2020. I received the limited capability for work which i completed in alot of detail. My date to submit this was by 14th July 2020.
I am aware the form was received by them on 13th July 2020. I am still receiving payment at the assessment phase rate.
What will happen next and when? I was hoping they would have written back to me now to let me know where my claim is at.

Will i need to attend a medical assessment/telephone assessment. Are they back doing face to face assessments?

I am in receipt of PIP. Enhanced daily living and standard mobility.
Many thanks

It is almost certain that you will require an assessment, however, there are considerable delays in this process there were long wait times before the pandemic and these have only extended since then.
