Hi, I claimed pip in 2019, a tribunal found me not entitled to pip in 01/2020. I requested a set aside and this was granted by the district judge. I had the appeal on 4th/08/2020 and have been awarded pip Enhanced DLA & Enhanced mobility. Tribunal has even gave me a 5 year award.
However, i put in a new claim in April 2020. However, i wanna know if i can cancel my new claim and get the previous claim reinstated.
