Hello, i have just recieved a PIP award renewal form, i am wondering what it is about, since my condition has not really changed. Also i am a little concerned about getting supporting evidence together, post Covid - 19 lock down.
You don't need to re-post your questions, they will only appear in the forum when approved by a Moderator and we are only online at certain times during the day.
You obviously have a Fixed Term award which is being reassessed, the form is part of this process. Our PIP Claim guide covers completing the form and explains the criteria that you will need to meet.
As to evidence, I would start by contacting your GP to see what help they may be willing to provide.
