Hi I have just been turned down again after the MRN. The decision maker pointed out that I was getting carers for my autistic grandchild stating that this is for 35 hrs per week, insinuating I either don't care for him for 35hrs or how can I with the disability I've got. She also dismissed the neurologist report and MRI scans claiming I can walk more than 50 meters, because I am using a Nintindo Wii,( mostly sitting or doing it standing for less than a minute). I have been told it would benefit me to lose weight to give me a better percentage rate when I have surgery. My question is can she put Im getting carers allowance without referring it to any of the components, because how it is written its of her opinion that Im not telling the truth? Again she has refered that the neurologist has been untruthful.
