Hi, I have 2 questions, which I hope you can help me with. I have recently read that contribution based ESA is classed as a transferable benefit, if you choose to live in Europe, whilst still in the transition phase of brexit? Would you know if this Is this correct? If it is correct and you chose to go to an EU country for say 12 weeks only, would it be classed as a major change in circumstances and force you onto UC. ? Also if you choose to revert back to using your maiden name, would this be classed as a change in circumstances and push you into UC. ?
