I have today received a copy of the report from my phone assesment, health professional has recommended 8 points for daily living and 10 point for mobility which would give me standard rate on both. My concern is they have recommended it be reviewed in 12 months. I seem to recall reading somewhere that awards of under 2 years are not automatically reassessed by dwp and a new claim needs to be made before the award ends otherwise payments will stop. Does the award date run from the date a decision is made or the date the claim was initially made? If it’s the latter my claim was initially made 29 November last year so there is only now just over 11 weeks left until my claim will stop again and I’ve not even got the decision yet. Any advice greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Hi Tracy
You could challenge the length of the proposed award by writing to the decision-maker. Not many people have been successful at this, or you can wait until you receive the decision letter and challenge that and anything else by putting in a Mandatory Reconsideration if it turns out to be as bad as you fear.
I don't know whether you are a new claimant, but this is now common. You can read about it here.

The award date will be from when you receive the decision letter. I would still expect you to receive a review form approximately 6months before the end date. If it isn't the case it will say so in your letter.
