MANDATORY RECONSIDERATION was created by Holloway
Hi all,

I am a little confused......I am trying to draft my letter for MR, have used the template on here, but I am unsure at this stage as to whether I list all of awards and comment against each one, or is this only if MR is refused still and you take it to tribunal?

or would I just add comments against somethings the HP has misinterpreted?

thank you

Hi Mrs. T

You want to concentrate on the areas where you have not scored as highly as you thought you would. People often waste time on areas that won't increase their points. I'm not saying that you might not want to mention other things - for example 'the assessor kept interrupting me' but it won't actually increase the points.
