If you are put in the SG then you will be treated as having been in the SG from the start of your claim (not for payment purposes), this means that you will not have spent any time outside of the SG and therefore you will not have used any of the 365 days, so if on a future assessment you are moved out of the SG you can still receive ESA(CB) for another 365 days.
