Hi info/helpneeded

It's quite hard to give any reliable timescales at the moment, because there are such huge variations. One member of the forum had theirs done and dusted in two weeks (but that is not the norm!) and some people have waited four or five months. Anything from 4 - 8 weeks is probably the best guess at the moment.
