My medical report finally reached DWP after long audit process. Last when i spoke to
Last call Capita advised report changed due to receipt of further medical evidence.
i asked DWP to post me copy of report including any fresh medical evidence received.
She informed there was none attached to report and all that is used should be uploaded.
My GP and renal consultant sent none to the best of their knowledge. Can anyone offer
an explanation please as report coming but no medical reports attached.

Hi Patel
DWP will send you a copy of the assessors report called a PA4 v3 if requested.
If you apply for an appeal, then in the bundle of documents you will get a copy of all the paperwork DWP which includes your application form, supporting documents you sent in, decision letter, MR, another decision letter, additional supporting documents, if DWP has contacted your Dr/consultant, copies of their letters.
