Hi All, I sent my PIP assessment forms in a few weeks ago and after reading the forum I realised I had made a mistake with the extra additional written evidence by not completing it in black ink and capital letters. I managed to get through to the PIP department to ask if I needed to type them up and resend them but she assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue. She said that my forms are with an assessor currently. I made a change of circumstances to my medication as I had been prescribed something else and I have also been referred to a neurologist. The lady was lovely who I spoke to and said that if I am asked to go for an assessment then I must attend, she said that they have recently started doing face to face assessments again but are only doing minimal f2f. I’m not sure if this is 100% correct or she was just trying to prepare me for the future. Just thought I would let others know so they can be aware that there is a possible chance of having a f2f rather than over the phone. Hope you’re all well.
