Who to inform now I am Out of hospital will this trigger an assessment for PIP.

I can't tell you that you do not need to inform the DWP but if you have been in hospital for less than 28 days then the DWP will not be interested in your stay.

If you are admitted again, within 28 days of this stay then the times will be aggregated.
