i re applied for pip on the grounds of a dementia diagnosis in sept 2019, i was already on the low rates for both mobility and living, i got a new award in April 2020 awarding enhanced rate for living and still lower for mobility,
can i still ask for a review even now, as i was told to stop driving immediately ,but did a driving review which gave me another 1 yr licence, i also suffer with depression and panic attacks ,and will only drive short distances if with someone, i feel as i should be enhanced mobility, so am i to late to ask for a review, thank you .

Yes, you can request an MR or appeal up to 13 months after the date of the Decision but make sure that you fully understand the criteria that you are trying to show you meet by the request. As an example; your driving or not can only have a detrimental effect on an award, it cannot have a positive one as the PIP Mobility Descriptors do not consider this.

As I said, your being unable to drive will not be considered when looking at whether you can follow a route, you could walk it or use Public Transport.

As to planning a route, I think that that there will be an expectation of limitation in at least some of the Daily Living activities if you are to show that you cannot do this due to your dementia.
