Hi group had re assessment 6 weeks ago told me I will stay on standard mobility.i want to take it to tribunial I have major heart issues,I have anklyosing spondylitis,. Artritus in my toes knees and ankles.i have sleep apnia also torn tendons in both shoulders.can walk 100 yards before pain or breathless.im a painter and decorator who is struggling to work.td assessor I work part time and drive a manual car.i take lots of meds the one that gets me is fuseimide 120mg daily.lets say i have had many a accident on my way out and in customers homes.i have a letter from my gp backing up my health.pip say cause i drive a manual car and work I'm good.i know lots of people on pip who do the same but get full.pain is 24/7 365 days.should i fight on to tribunial my stick is not a prop like some folks.open to good advice nigel

Hi nigel again forgot to mention.my orphapedic specialist said weeks ago my shoulders are in operable due to my health problems

Have you looked at how you would score the extra points for an Enhanced award of Mobility?

Your post does not suggest any obvious ways that you would be able to do this, you appear to be assessing yourself as being able to walk 100m and your job implies that you have no problems undertaking a journey or following a route.
