Success was created by Kiryanna
I was given a date for an phone pip assessment which we submitted further evidence to have it change to a paper based assessment unfortunately they said it was to late to change it and the phone assessment would have to go ahead. When the assessor phoned my husband spoke to her and asked if he could speak on my behalf as I suffer from severe anxiety and can’t talk on the phone, she said this was not possible as he was not my appointee but she would send a report to her supervisor to explaining the situation as my medical history warranted a paper based assessment. The paper assessment went ahead and I and now in receipt of both enhanced care and mobility which has been backed dated to 15/1/2020. As of yet I have not received the back payment as I believe I could be one of the people being looked at for the recent high court decision as I have now been awarded 4 points in the section needing the help of someone to interact with other people which I didn’t receive when I first transferred over to PIP even though I needed the help of my daughter and husband at all my previous assessments due to my social phobia and anxiety.

I have moved your post to its own topic your replied to a post that was over a month old.
First of all congratulations on the award, well done.
The recent UTT Decision will not have a direct effect on your new award so you should contact the DWP about the back payment from 15 January.
