Dla to pip assessment was created by Michele

Partner Had a call today regarding new pip claim, as no longer entitled to dla, they said it was an informal chat about his claim but he told them that he wanted it recording, so they said they would call him back for a formal chat that is recorded, was that the right thing to do?

I think it was the right thing to do as you have no idea what an 'informal' chat is.
