I had a PIP Review telephone assessment carried out on Wednesday 4 November last.
The assessor told me I could only request a copy of the assessment when I receive the decision from the DWP.
My understanding (from the B&W Forum, thank you!) is that this is incorrect and that I can request a copy of the assessment now, or when it is put onto the DWP / ATOS online systems – which should be a matter of a few days.
In other words, I could call DWP early next week (say, Tuesday 10 November) and request a copy of the assessment report.
Am I correct?
If yes, then I will also put my request in writing to the DWP.
Many thanks for an excellent resource which has been of great value to me.
As long as you are on the UK mainland then you can request a copy of the report once it is logged with the DWP, this should only be a couple of days if the assessor follows protocols.
