ESA is an indefinite award with scheduled reassessment but the DWP can move that date as they need to.
The DWP suspended all reassessments of ESA in March and only restarted them for new claims and ones where a Change has been reported, it's not clear whether they have restarted scheduled reassessments yet but even if they have this is only on a limited basis and may also be regional rather than national.
Rather than calling the DWP, I would call Maximus, they will know whether your file has been referred to them for reassessment.
