Hello I wondered if you could help me with a question of mine. I could not see how to basically ask this on the website , I was finding it difficult navigating my way.
I want to know if we have to contact ESA to know if I am part of the group that falls into the category that they had under paid. This is related to the report you gave about some under payment on the ESA that has been discovered. How do I know if I am part of those under paid, and do I need to contact them to know if I am part of those underpaid or they will contact me? many thanks
