Dear Susan , I just want to encourage you to fight on; the assessor claimed after our daughter's last face-to-face that "she did not appear distressed and coped well with the assessment" oh no? We have it on tape and you can hear her dissolve into sobs and sniffles three times, he even asks her if she wants to take a minute, and another time he passed her a small box of tissues. Which he then wrote about as showing she could lift items! her unreliable grip has landed several meals on the floor and smashed mugs etc. BUT WE WON IN THE END - so please take encouragement :). If you follow BIS's advice carefully you have a good chance
Best wishes, Denby
