Put in new PIP claim while appealing another?

I'm intending to take a PIP appeal to the Upper Tribunal. Scope says it can take a year and that if your condition has deteriorated, you might be better off putting in a new one.

But can you do both at once? Logically, I don't see why that shouldn't be possible.

Yes, you are probably looking at a year for a UTT Decision.

You can put in a new claim or report a Change if you still have one just be aware that doing so will limit any award that might result from your UTT appeal (and likely new FTT hearing) and it will be the result of the new/changed award that will fo forward, whatever it might be.
