Hi just a quick query.
I know its been asked before about the 12 week linking period for periods of ESA, but just wanted to check what is the relevant legal regulation for Ni?
Previous queries mention linking rules 145 (1) but where's this from?

The legislation for ESA in Northern Ireland is held in

www.legislation.gov.uk/nisr/

The ESA legislation is

www.legislation.gov.uk/nisr/2008/280/contents/made

but this is the original copy it is not showing any amendments and I can't find a copy that does.

So the Linking Rules are Regulation 145

www.legislation.gov.uk/nisr/2008/280/regulation/145/made

Assume that only Clause (1) is still in effect.
