I applied for Esa contribution in July and receive payments and sent in the forms. How long are assessments taking, and I assume that they are by telephone?
You are right in thinking assessments are being done over the phone. I would have expected you to have heard something by now, so I would ring and see that the current status is of your claim. It's the number that was on your original claim form.
