Hi JO JO

Quite a lot of the forum members have phone assessments. Some have had good experiences, some poor and some dreadful. That's not to try and scare you, but they are variable just as the face to face assessments were.

You can read what to expect from the Guide to PIP claims and reviews which has ten pages about telephone assessments. The information starts on page 81.
