I want to do a mandatory consideration but have checked my letter and I should had sent by 23rd Nov as my letter is dated 23rd Oct. Can I still send or I’m I too late . I haven’t been myself recently so mentally and just being exhausted everyday haven’t had the energy to get this done. Can anyone help please . I only want them to look at the care and length of award. Greatly appreciate if anyone else has been in this position.

Yes, you can put in a late submission, but you will have to say why you are late. Ring and say you are going to be late. During an MR - they always look at the entire award and not a part of it. Just be warned that not many people have been successful in increasing the length of the report.
