Can I use Tribunal evidence for new PIP form was created by Julie
Hello, I won my PIP Tribunal 2 yrs ago, however have now received another PIP form to complete. Should I include the tribunal results in with this form? I'm perplexed. Any help with this is very welcome. Thank you.
