Hi Bis
I just wish I could sit down with someone who could help me .
I’m going to try and start it today following your advice.
I’m confused about the HP report because it has a section at the end with the description and points . Does this mean the HP has given her opinion on whether I should/shouldn’t be awarded points or is it what the decision maker gave me ?

Hi Karen

If it is on the assessors report then it is what the assessors recommends, what the assessors recommends is not always followed by the decision maker which is why we always recommend a claimant gets a copy of the assessors report before they apply for a mandatory reconsideration.
