Recording telephone assssment with capita was created by tambc
Hi there can anyone post me there experiences of recording an assessment with capita facilities for telephone assessment. As I am aware some centres don't have equipment yet. Was yours cancelled due to no recording equipment? Or were you advised you have to record on your phone. Thanks

Hi tambc
Hopefully, someone will reply to you, though I've yet to hear of anyone having their telephone assessment recorded. One thing Capita won't do is tell you to record it on your phone.

Im going to call them tomorrow. Ill let you know how i get on, i have a feeling they will try and refuse me a recording.

We had someone in the last month who'd had their assessment cancelled because they wanted their assessment recorded - and there was no equipment or an assessor willing to be recorded.
