I have just received the PIP 1043 ..Its time to review your award form. Having only been on PIP a few years this is the first time i have had the review form to complete. I am currently in receipt of both the Living and Mobility components at standard rate. After reading the form i note that the first question on each of the activities reads "tell us if something has changed and approximately when" As my condition has been stable, nothing really has changed .I am worried though if i leave these activity questions blank it may go against the continuation of my PIP. Am i right in thinking though if i do leave these sections blank they will base their decision on my initial claim? and in theory reach the same decision when i was first awarded PIP in 2018
You need to take a look at the PIP Guide & Reviews www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip There is useful information in there about filling in the review form. Even if nothing has changed, we don't advise that you say nothing. Have a look and come back if you have any specific questions and we will try and answer them. The information starts on page 101
