Dear all,

I wonder can you help me with an address for DLA.
It is in connection with a PIP claim and asking for a PBR.
Just to check whether I am correct to send to PIP address or DLA ,or both?
Or are they the same now..im confused!

You send it to the address that you have on your PIP paperwork.
