I am appealing my pip please help but the report I got of dwp they have written about somebody else's there name is on my report .

Hi Chucky16993

When you say you are appealing your PIP, I am not clear at what stage you are at. Have you had a telephone assessment and you have received a report with the wrong name on it? If this is the case you need to contact the DWP as a matter of urgency and say it is not your report.
